General Selling Terms |

By bidding on our auction item, bidders are deemed to be fully
understood and accepted our sales terms.
* All online auction prices are in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise noted. * All goods listed on online auction are Brand New, never been used, unless otherwise noted. The goods may be in retails packing or may be in wholesales bulk packing, depending on different batches of shipment. * Most of the time, goods are available when auction closed. However, in rare cases, goods may be run out due to the facts that we deal with wholesales and bulk corporate sales. So customers may have to wait not more than 4 weeks time for new batch of stock to come in. Customers may have to option to have a full refund or opt to buy other products from us. * Winning bidders will be notified by Yahoo automated email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction with the total price for the auction. Please ensure that your email address is working properly! We cannot be held responsible if your email service diverts or deletes the email notification (s) as suspected SPAM. Kindly complete the deal within 7 days (based on the email date). If you need a longer completion date, please email us. We will not sell if the 7 days collection period expired. * We accept Cash / Nets / Cash Card in our shop. For payments outside our shop, we accept Internet Bank Transfer / ATM fund transfer / Paypal. We do not accept Credit Card or personal cheque. For Overseas customers, you may send Paypal or Western Union Money Transfer. We do not accept Money Order. Cash is not allowed to be sent by post and we do not entertain any claim on loss of cash in mail. For Paypal user, your Paypal account must be verified and your shipping address must be confirmed. * Your bidding price is net price and we do not charge GST at the moment. * Company receipt is available on request.
