| * We provide
free shipping charge (normal post) to all orders bid at Buy It Now price. For auction
closed other than Buy It Now price, we will charge S$ 1.50 for 1st item while each
additional item S$ 0.80 /piece. For example, if you purchase 3 auctions and the shipping
cost is S$1.50, S$ 0.80 and S$ 0.80 respectively, then you will be charged a total of S$
3.10, providing that the items are all shipped together in one parcel. If you prefer
protection on mail loss, you may opt for registered post by paying extra S$ 2.50. Once
your payment (Full payment, any short payment will result order on hold) and online form
has been received, we will process your order. Normally, you will receive your orderwithin
1 week. We appreciate your patience to wait for your order. We will only answer enquiries
on mail status if you have not received your order after 1week. [Important : There will be
no tracking numbers for normal post. If you prefer a tracking number, please always use
registered post. We will only show our internal mailing list as a proof in case of mails
lost and customers should aware of the risk (even very rare) of mails lost.] * International bidders must email us prior to bidding on our auctions, as shipping overseas will always cost more. If you are an overseas bidder, please do not send us payment without obtaining a shipping total first. If you send us the incorrect shipping amount, your payment will be refused and returned to you. We can insure parcels being shipped outside Singapore to some destinations but not all (Please email us to find out). International shipments will normally take 5 to 17 working days to arrive at their destination. Some rare cases may take 2 months. * We cannot assume responsibility for late delivery of items due to carrier negligence, etc, as we do not have control over carrier delivery times once your item is shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. * Unless specifically described as used items, all items offered by us on online auction are guaranteed to be Brand New. We try our best to takes special care in describing our online auction listings, to ensure that all item descriptions are complete and accurately describe the item being offered. Thus, we will only accept returns / exchange on online auction purchases if there are exceptional circumstances. We do not accept returns or exchange if items are sent by post as we are unable to control how goods handling the carrier do. * Please read the item descriptions carefully!
